What paperword is required?
These are legal documents that students must sign before participating in scuba diving classes. They outline the potential risks involved in diving and release the dive instructors and organization from legal responsibility in case of accidents or injuries. The forms ensure that students acknowledge and accept these risks.
Medical History Forms: These forms gather detailed information about a student's health status and medical history. They are crucial for identifying any conditions that might affect a student's ability to dive safely. Students must provide honest and accurate information, and in some cases, they may need a physician's approval to participate in the course.
