Because each portion of the course builds on previously taught material, participants who arrive late or miss any portion of a scheduled session may need to be rescheduled to a future class in order to complete the missed training.

- In these cases, a $100 rescheduling fee will apply.
- This fee helps cover instructor scheduling and the resources involved in accommodating additional training time.

- Arizona Dive Center reserves the right to determine the most appropriate pathway for completing outstanding training requirements.

5. Certification and Course Completion
- To qualify for certification, participants must successfully complete all required academic sessions, confined water training, open water training, skill evaluations, and examinations as required by the applicable training agency.
- Certification is not guaranteed and is awarded only when all course performance requirements are satisfactorily met.

- Participants who do not meet course performance requirements may not receive certification.
6. Weather and Environmental Conditions
- Certain portions of scuba training—particularly open water dives—may be affected by weather, water conditions, visibility, or other environmental factors outside the control of Arizona Dive Center.
